Next, they\u2019ll be looking at getting someone focused on QuantOps and then a Digital Librarian, who\u2019ll act as more of the storytellers of the research.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pageWrap pageWrap--s marginBottom-m paddingBottom-s c-slate lineHeight-l fontSize-l fontWeight-3 breakPointM-fontSize-xl breakPointM-lineHeight-xl\"><span class=\"long-quote\">\u201cWe\u2019ve procured a variety of vendors or pathways for recruiting various kinds of people \u2013 and worked hard on tooling around our Atlassian research group and on our community of participants.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pageWrap pageWrap--s marginBottom-m paddingBottom-s c-slate lineHeight-l fontSize-l fontWeight-3 breakPointM-fontSize-xl breakPointM-lineHeight-xl\">One of their biggest challenges so far has been scale. Whilst they\u2019re getting the word our about the multiple services they\u2019re offering and the response has been super positive - then comes the problem of balancing growing demand without the scale to deliver. Although, it\u2019s a catch 22, because you need demand to bid for more headcount.<\/p>\n<p class=\"pageWrap pageWrap--s marginBottom-m paddingBottom-s c-slate lineHeight-l fontSize-l fontWeight-3 breakPointM-fontSize-xl breakPointM-lineHeight-xl\"><strong class=\"c-slate lineHeight-l fontSize-l fontWeight-5 breakPointM-fontSize-xl breakPointM-lineHeight-xl\">At Deliveroo<\/strong>, they\u2019re just embarking on their ResearchOps journey. After many years experience in UX agencies, Marion has found that there are many operational aspects that can have critical consequences if not done properly.
